上海虹桥机场道路枢纽钢桥为双曲面钢箱梁结构，制作中曲面展开采用先闻钢结构绘图软件中的曲面展开工具来完成，展开过程为：


1、钢箱梁设计图




2、建立模型生成三角网格




3、布置图绘制




4、曲面板展开图




5、车间加工



6、工程安装
